Yes can. You just need to inform us via WhatsApp a day before collection so we have enough time to pack your order and be sure someone is around to pass you. It’s a convenient pick-up option, you don’t need to park your car. Just inform the guards that you’re picking up a parcel and pull aside to pick up at the entrance.
You can walk in to Samkkya Ayurvedic Clinic at 36 Lorong Maarof, Bangsar, they are open Tuesday-Sunday 9am-7pm. It’s only available on cash basis there and you can call them ahead to secure your items before going there to collect. Delivery

YES, we partially subsidize shipping cost and do not charge for the packaging materials.
For Klang valley locations, it takes 1-2 working day if you confirm your order with payment one day before the shipment date. For interstate parcels (outside of Selangor and some rural locations within Selangor), deliveries typically take 3-4 working days. We mostly use DHL and GDEX for interstate parcels, youll receive your parcel tracking number once its posted. However, sometimes these timings can change; this is outside of our control. If your package has taken longer than usual just get in touch and we can track it down for you.
For Klang valley locations, we book our riders to collect parcels daily Monday-Friday. For interstate parcels (some rural areas in Selangor and states outside Selangor), we post out twice a week. Mondays and Wednesdays/Thursdays. We avoid Friday postage for interstate parcels to avoid the weekend hold up and potential parcel damage.

Do not fear! Just snap a photo and get in touch and we’ll
replace your order at no additional cost to you. Also, we
package things really well so this rarely happens!

Sorry not at the moment. Singapore custom is strict and they
prohibit liquid items from Malaysia shipped to Singapore.
However, if you have friends or family in Johor/Johor Bharu,
you can get it shipped there for collection at your convenience.
